2. Do I have to register and set up an account

You do not have to. However, by register you will be able to perform all functions of our website supplies to you, such as checking order stutas, account information and getting refund, etc. Further more, you will be able to get future promotions.

3. What is the difference between Flat Front Pants and Relaxed-Fit Pants?

The major difference is the measurements at Low hip and Thigh; Relaxed-Fit Pants is about 3" larger than Flat Front Pants at Low hip, and 2" larger at Thigh, measured in circumference. For most of you, we suggest Flat Front Pants to You. You can find Size Chart at the bottom of the website.

4. Is it safe to use my credit card?

Yes. Any time we ask for a credit card number, our website transmits that credit card number in an encrypted format. We use industry-standard, SSL (secure socket layer) encryption.

5. How will my order be shipped?

We use FedEx Ground as our standard shipping method. We offer fixed rate of $6.95 per USA continental order. We might use FedEx Smartpost service if your order is shipping to APO/FPO, PO Box, AK, HI, Guam or Puerto Rico. Smartpost uses a combination of FedEx and USPS to get your order to you cost effective and efficiently. You can check the status of any order by visiting the order history section of your account.

6. Can I use other shipping method?

We offer other FedEx shipping options, such as FedEx Ground, FedEx 2nd day and FedEx Standard overnight. Before you choose these options, please consider that we need extra 1-2 days to prepare Pants and Shorts order due to the nature of the product.

7. When will my order ship?

Most orders will be shipped out within 24-48 hours. When your order ships, we will send you a confirmation email that includes your tracking information.

8. When will I receive my order?

For continent of USA, you may expect to receive your package within 3-8 days if you chose to use our standard shipping. For international order, you may expect to receive your package around 5-14 days.

9. How to track order status?

When your order ships out, you will get an automatic email with a tracking number. The tracking number will also be viewable in the “Order Details” of any order in your history under My Account.

10. Dou you ship internationally?

Yes. We do.  Please note that all duties, customs charges and brokerage fees are the responsibility of the recipient and they must be paid to carrier upon receipt. Our Standard delivery and free shipping is not available for international shipments. Delivery is not available for P.O. boxes. International shipping usually arrives within 5-12 business day, but may take up to 16 business days from the shipped date, excluding holidays.

International Shipping Restrictions:Purchase amount limit of $1,000, or a maximum purchase item limit of 20 items per order, whichever comes first.

11. Can i cancel or modify my order?

Once your order has been accepted and scheduled to ship, there is little chance that you can cancel or modify it. However, do your best to contact us as soon as possible; please include your name, order number and specific details about the item(s) you want to remove from your order. We will do our best to help you.

12. Does offer exchanges?

Due to the limited quantity of our per color production, we are not guarantee that we will be able to process exchange. Therefore, please check our size chart carefully before placing an order.  In case you are not satisfying the item you purchased, you may return them for store credit or refund as long as it meets the guidelines of our Return Policy.

13. What are your Return Policies?

Returns are accepted within 30 days of the date your order is shipped out and the items must be returned in their original condition (you can find our full returns policy under “Return Policy”.)

14. How long does it take to see my return credit in my account?

It will take 1-5 days for us to process your credit after we receive your return package.  We will send you a confirmation email once all is done.
