CaPantzzi.com Return Policies
Returns are accepted within 30 days of the date your order is shipped out and the items must be returned in their original condition. Shipping fees are not refunded. Unfortunately, items purchased for international shipping may not be exchanged.
To make a return or exchange
We encourage you to re-use our original shipping carton. Please include all the ordered item(s) as well as the gift item(s), a separate piece of paper containing your name, address, order number and the reason for return or exchange.
After you have shipped the package, please send us an email with the CARRIER NAME and TRACKING NUMBER to email@example.com.
You can find the return address on the carton that was shipped to you. Or you can send us email for the return address.
It will take 2-7 days for us to process your refund after we receive your return package. The amount of the refund will be total amount customer paid when the product was purchased minus any shipping cost that was paid by us.
Wrong or Defective Items
If you received the wrong or defective product from CaPantzzi.com, please contact us within 7 days of receipt so we can resolve the problem. In these rare cases, CaPantzzi.com will cover return shipping and refund you in full.
Due to the limited quantity of our per color production, we are not guarantee that we will be able to process exchanges for the same style and same color. In that case, you may just return them for store credit as long as it meets the guidelines of our return policies.
